Wine Jelly
I'm fairly certain I got this from the good folks who make Certo liquid pectin at one point after calling their toll-free number. It's incredibly simple, a heck of a lot less work than homemade grape jelly and a really unique treat to boot.
6 Tbl liquid pectin 2 cup wine 3 cup sugar
Bring wine and sugar to a boil. Stir until sugar is fully dissolved. Add liquid pectin, boil 1 minute exactly, stirring constantly. Remove from heat, and skim foam from the top. Pour into clean, sterile jelly jars; seal with melted paraffin wax 1/4 to 3/8 inches thick. Cool completely, and, if you decide you can spare any (unlikely), distribute to friends and family members!
